TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Wicked Woods Music Festival is a 19+ event. YOU MUST BE 19+ to enter this event, with no exceptions. A government-issued photo ID is required for entry regardless of your age. Failure to present a Photo ID proving your name and age will result in refused entry.

No Refunds
Ticket exchanges have to be processed through Tickit Software.

No exchanges or refunds in the case the event is terminated early or postponed, due to any acts of God/nature, government regulation, or other actions beyond Wicked Wood Music Festival's control. All tickets are final sale. If the event is cancelled, tickets will be refunded within 7 days of cancellation. Refunds will be done through the Tickit platform and will go back on the card provided at purchase. Tickets are invalid if the barcode is duplicated, removed, or tampered with.

Wicked Woods does not assume any liability when presented with an invalid ticket at the front gate. We encourage you to buy from reputable sources. We have set up a ticket exchange group on Facebook for those wanting to buy or sell tickets. Please see our Scam Alert information page on our website for further protection.

A ticket is a revocable license and may be revoked at any time, for any reason, without compensation. Your admission is subject to compliance with all laws and event
CODE OF CONDUCT.

You voluntarily assume all risks & dangers incidental to Wicked Woods Music Festival, including serious injury or death, and agree that the ticket issuer, associated agents & the facility owners are not responsible or liable for any damages, injuries, or claims arising from the use of this ticket. The ticket holder consents to reasonable examination & searches to ensure compliance with all provincial & federal laws, and facility rules & regulations. ns.

ALL individuals onsite must be wearing a 2023 Wicked Woods certified wristband, lost wristbands are not the responsibility of the festival and can result in voluntary removal.

BANNED ITEMS:

Anything that can be considered a weapon (incl. knives, staffs/bats, bows, hammers, axes, etc.),
Open flames (incl. tea lights, fireworks, flares, fire spinning equipment etc.),
Glass
Pets
Drug paraphernalia
Illegal substances
Alcohol
Laser pointers
Aerial drones/UAVs
Renegade Stages
Bad Vibes
Any items public safety staff may deem to pose a potential safety or security risk to any staff or guests.

Soliciting illegal substances will result in criminal charges.

We are not required to maintain the safekeeping of your possessions if they are determined to be banned items and confiscated. All festival attendees are subject to search upon entry. Confiscated items are considered forfeited upon entry.

Please treat the land and yourself with the utmost respect and care. LEAVE NO TRACE; Infractions are subject to fines, Wicked Woods is held on sacred ground and we are focused on ensuring it is not left littered. Wicked Woods staff will check all campsites upon guest departure and provide clearance for you to exit the grounds. Please act respectfully.

There is no parking on the highway at any time. Guests parked on the highway will be towed at the owner’s expense.

There will be on-site security, first aid stations, and other resources open at all times throughout the festival. Wicked Woods Hosts will be able to connect guests with these services.

Wicked Woods Music Festival is not responsible for any items that are damaged, misplaced, lost or stolen. It is recommended you don’t bring valuable items or if you do, keep them locked in your car for safety.
Unauthorized commercial vending is prohibited. Selling anything without written consent from Wicked Woods Music Festival is prohibited and may result in removal from the festival grounds.

Use of images taken at Wicked Woods Music Festival (other than for personal use) is prohibited without prior written consent by WW Music and Art Society.

Your image may be captured in video or photographs without your consent and without compensation to be used in festival promotional materials. You hereby appoint Wicked Woods Music Festival as your representative to protect your intellectual property or privacy rights, recognizing that Wicked Woods Music Festival has no obligation to take any such action.

LODGING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Lodging packages do not include tickets to the festival.
Each Lodging attendee must also have a valid ticket for entrance to the festival.
Guests are welcome to stay until 1:00 pm Saturday, June 12th, 2023 to get sleep prior to travel. Sunday night is strictly quiet time...
Guests remaining onsite after 1:00 PM MST on Saturday, June 12th, 2023 will be subject to removal from site Security.
Campsite Only purchasers MUST be able to fit their campsite within a 10ft. by 10ft. zone of space.
Campsites in the Eagles Nest must adhere to the measurements provided for each plot assigned to the designated campsite purchased.

Lodging attendees are expected to behave in a manner that is courteous to all other campers. Wicked Woods Security reserves the right to remove guests that cause a disturbance or participate in illegal activity from the festival grounds. Only guests registered with Wicked Woods Lodging may camp in the Wicked Woods Lodging area. Any persons found that are not registered will be removed from the area.

Wicked Woods Music Festival reserves the right to make changes to the rules at any time.

Participants shall fully indemnify, hold harmless and defend Wicked Woods Music Festival and WW Music and Art Society and its directors, officers, employees, land owners and affiliates from and against all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgments, costs and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and costs), whether or not involving a third party claim, which arises out of or relates to any act or omission of the ticket holder.

Your tickets are being purchased from Wicked Woods Music and Arts Society (the organizer).

Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.

All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
